Account Manager - Client Services

About the role

Viola Communications is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of multi‑channel campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams, translating business objectives into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building long‑term relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives to deliver integrated marketing and communications solutions.
• Lead planning and end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, PR, Media, Digital, and Production teams to execute impactful campaigns.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and oversee execution from concept to completion.
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross‑selling, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, present insights, and propose optimisation opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor junior account team members, fostering collaboration and exceptional service.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Liberal Arts, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in advertising, with at least 1 year in a client‑servicing role.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
• Proven multi‑sector expertise, preferably with public‑sector accounts.
• Experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.
