Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for assigned engineering clients, building and sustaining long‑term relationships. You will translate client needs and technical requirements into effective solutions while supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated engineering customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client needs, technical requirements, and business goals to propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Monitor account performance, identify upselling opportunities, and support overall revenue growth.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and sales activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, products, or services (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related fields is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using basic project coordination tools.
