Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to expand and manage client relationships across the UAE and the wider GCC region. The role blends new‑business development with existing account growth, focusing on Market Research, Data Analytics and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
• Present Muhimma’s Market Research, Data Analytics and SaaS platform, demonstrating business value, insights and ROI.
• Use HubSpot CRM to record client interactions, manage the pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, product and delivery teams to design tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that meet client goals and company revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably B2B in market research, analytics, consulting or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC business landscape and experience engaging mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
