Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a confident, highly organised Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and internal creative teams in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring client objectives are understood and translated into clear briefs and actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong professional relationships and managing expectations.
• Translate client feedback into structured briefs for strategy, social, copy, design, video and production teams.
• Create and manage timelines, coordinate deliverables across multiple disciplines, and track deadlines to prevent delays.
• Maintain an overview of all ongoing deliverables, consolidating approvals and assets.
• Provide strategic input on marketing and social media challenges, identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Identify and propose additional services that add value, supporting account growth.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of agency or marketing experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and proactive communication style.
• Ability to anticipate risks and act before issues reach the client.
