Account Manager - Legal Tech

About the role

DiliTrust, a SaaS publisher in legal technology, is looking for an Account Manager in Dubai. You will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in the private and public sectors, working closely with CEOs, board members and management teams to build and grow strategic client relationships. You will also act as a product expert and the voice of the customer internally.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
• Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
• Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
• Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in using the solutions
• Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent Arabic and English bilingualism
• Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong project management ability and comfort in an international, multicultural environment
• Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
• Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented and a team player
