Accountant Cum Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant Cum Operations Assistant to manage financial bookkeeping and support cross‑functional operational workflows in Dubai. The role combines core accounting duties with coordination of internal operations and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate trial balances.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and other management information.
• Coordinate with operations teams to support logistical and administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Required profile

• B.Com or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of practical accounting experience.
• Immediate availability; male candidates who are UAE residents or visa holders preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations (advantageous).

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position.
