Accountant – Full Time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, managing invoices, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash reports, and expense reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing VAT, corporate tax, or other statutory filings as applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Preference for Filipina candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
