Accountant – Full‑time Finance Role in Dubai

About the role

The Accountant will be based on‑site in Dubai, handling the day‑to‑day financial operations of ATOP Computer Solution LLC. This full‑time position involves recording transactions, preparing invoices, processing payments and maintaining the general ledger.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions, prepare and review invoices, process payments and maintain general‑ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT and corporate tax regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial accounting, general‑ledger management and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in ZOHO Books and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations and corporate tax compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
