Accountant – Full‑time position in Dubai

About the role

Arab Gate Group LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day accounting functions, streamlining invoice workflows, preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate general ledgers while working closely with internal departments, especially Sales. Occasional local travel may be required to support group operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting workflows, post transactions and keep accurate ledger entries.
• Issue, track and reconcile customer invoices, supporting documentation and billing reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales department to align revenue streams, payment terms and client accounts.
• Prepare periodic financial summaries, balance reconciliations and routine management reports.
• Utilise dedicated accounting software and advanced Excel spreadsheets to log, audit and archive financial records.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven track record in financial record‑keeping and transactional accounting.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Experience coordinating finance activities with sales teams.
• Willingness to travel locally for business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
