Accountant – Healthcare (Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on managing the financial health of a medical facility, handling complex revenue cycles, billing, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations such as UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and lead month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist in the creation of the annual budget and perform monthly variance analysis to support cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with UAE tax regulations and healthcare industry standards.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements to streamline departmental workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA certifications are a plus.
• 3 to 5+ years of accounting experience, specifically within hospitals, specialized clinics or medical centers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to advise management on financial performance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with hospital or medical ERP systems.
