About the role
Scaffworks, a construction and scaffolding company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage invoicing, inventory tracking, collections and daily accounting operations in Umm Al Quwain.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices on time.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records for material tracking.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial operations.
Required profile
- Previous accounting experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Fluent English; Hindi and Urdu are an advantage.
- Well‑organized, persistent and confident in handling payment follow‑ups.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Required skills
- ERP system (Odoo) usage.
- Invoicing and inventory management.
- Collections handling.
- Accounting principles and financial record‑keeping.
