About the role
The Accountant will ensure accurate processing, recording and reconciliation of all accounting transactions in line with company policies, supporting the financial integrity of Midis Group.
Key responsibilities
- Review, input and control daily entries, ensuring proper classification of supporting documents.
- Handle payments, journal entries and account reconciliations, including AP/AR.
- Prepare and reconcile prepaid, accrued expenses and fixed‑asset inventory.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and the preparation of financial statements.
- Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable.
- Hands‑on experience with Accounts Receivable.
