Accountant – Manage Financial Records & Reporting

About the role

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role supports the organization’s financial operations through precise data handling and analytical insight.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process payroll and maintain related records.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Present financial reports and findings to management.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
