Accountant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Luxury Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant with strong commercial awareness to support the financial operations of our multi‑brand luxury retail business. The role will focus on day‑to‑day accounting, reporting and optimisation of processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate month‑end closing, financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain and optimise accounting processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module).
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and other local regulations.
• Handle inventory accounting, cost tracking and related reporting for a retail environment.
• Collaborate with store, warehouse and corporate teams and assist in audit preparation.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash and expense controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certification – CMA or ACCA (mandatory or preferred).
• 3‑6 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, luxury or F&B sectors.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
