Accountant – Station Receivable (Emiratisation)

About the role

Emirates is seeking an Accountant to manage receivable and accounting functions for its global hub in Dubai. You will ensure accurate processing, reconciliation and reporting of supplier invoices, revenue, and outstation billing while supporting finance operations across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile sales, revenue recognition, interline transactions and non‑airline partner billings.
• Monitor station receivables, perform allocation, and validate outstation data against finance manuals.
• Identify discrepancies, conduct audits, and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month‑end closing, provide analytical data for MIS, KPI and revenue assurance.
• Participate in projects, system‑enhancement testing and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 12 years of schooling (or 10 years with 6+ years relevant experience).
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an airline environment.
• Strong analytical, investigative and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks.

Required skills

• Accounting knowledge.
• High level of computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
