About the role
Fabnex International, a subgroup of United Global Engineering & Inspection Services, is seeking a diligent Accountant to support its UAE operations. The role will focus on day‑to‑day financial transactions within an engineering and metal‑fabrication environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries, journal vouchers and maintain general ledgers using Tally ERP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor invoices and monitor local payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and track project‑related expenditures.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical financial archives, ensuring audit trails are complete.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement and management teams to ensure smooth accounting workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in fabrication, manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and effective English communication skills.
