About the role
MENA-Water is looking for a reliable and hardworking Acid Tank Cleaner in Sharjah to safely clean, maintain and prepare acid storage and processing tanks. The role supports daily workshop and operational activities and ensures that tanks, equipment and work areas meet safety, cleanliness and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and remove acid residue, sludge and contaminants from tanks
- Perform tank cleaning according to approved work instructions
- Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe work area
- Inspect tanks and report damage, leaks or hazards
- Safely handle and dispose of chemical waste
- Follow confined-space and emergency safety procedures
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment
Required profile
- Previous tank cleaning experience; workshop or industrial environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management and reliability
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
