Adjunct Faculty – Graphic Design (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach Graphic Design courses at the College of Arts and Creative Enterprises, with positions available on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi campuses. Appointments begin in August 2026 and the role involves delivering curriculum, fostering industry connections, and preparing students for professional careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses such as Introduction to UI/UX Design, New Media, and Arabic Typography.
• Develop and update course materials in line with an integrated curriculum.
• Build relationships with local and regional industry partners to enhance student learning.
• Guide students through project briefs, research, client interaction, and design implementation.
• Participate in community‑engaged and team‑directed design projects.

Required profile

• Terminal degree (Ph.D. or MFA) recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Proven record of excellent teaching or professional practice in graphic design.
• Alignment with the program’s vision and ability to contribute to its development.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in new media production.
• Proficiency in Arabic typography.
• High level of computer literacy and effective use of IT for education.
