Admin & Sales Executive

About the role

Students Everywhere Training Centre (SETC) is seeking a proactive Admin & Sales Executive to turn enquiries into enrolments and keep the centre running smoothly. This sales‑led position combines confident selling with strong organisational duties across its Englishwise and Language Skills brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, referrals and walk‑ins; assess learner goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Present course value, manage objections, and close enrolments while meeting daily activity and monthly targets.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with clear next actions for every opportunity.
• Manage reception, communications, class schedules, teacher availability, demo bookings and student onboarding.
• Keep registration records, attendance, payment documentation and learning portal access up to date.
• Submit daily reports on enquiries, follow‑ups, demos, enrolments and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of target‑driven sales, student counselling or combined sales‑admin experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in PTE, IELTS or language‑course sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Professional, resilient and accountable approach with the ability to manage multiple enquiries without losing follow‑up discipline.

Required skills

• Practical experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
