Admin Support Analyst – UAE National (Direct Imports)

About the role

The Admin Support Analyst (UAE national only) manages and oversees the end‑to‑end invoice administration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of invoice‑related discrepancies. This role acts as a critical link between finance and vendor operations, driving process efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the organization’s accounts payable function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full invoice administration lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Drive process efficiency and maintain data integrity across finance and vendor operations.
• Support the organization’s accounts payable function and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA.
• Knowledge of data‑visualisation tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau or Power BI.
