Administrative Conveyancer – Remote (UAE Nationals)

About the role

K Estates, an award‑winning ultra‑luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking a motivated Administrative Conveyancer to join its remote team. The role supports the end‑to‑end property transaction process, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, developers, banks and government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing and transaction processes from reservation to transfer.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, developers, banks and relevant government bodies.
• Prepare, review and maintain sales documentation, contracts and transaction records.
• Schedule appointments, keep accurate databases and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with K Estates procedures and UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Recent graduate or ambitious individual eager to build a long‑term career in real estate.
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
