Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Mitrade, a global CFD and forex broker, is looking for an Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator to join its client support team. You will handle client inquiries across multiple channels, assist with account onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with account opening, verification, and funding processes.
• Provide high‑quality service via web chat, phone, email, and social media (majority through web chat).
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, proposing solutions and improvements.
• Probe customer needs to uncover business opportunities and enhance the overall experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address complex queries.
• Stay informed about financial markets, CFD industry trends, and Mitrade’s platforms.
• Support shift planning, resource allocation, and feedback management within the CS team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience in the financial or fintech sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• High integrity, professionalism, and willingness to grow within a team.
• Commitment to a 5‑day work week, including public holidays and shift duties.
