Ads Implementation Intern

About the role

Binance is looking for an Ads Implementation Intern to support its digital advertising team in running paid ad campaigns across media channels such as Meta, TikTok, X and Reddit. This is an entry-level position: you will receive training and upskilling, and prior experience with ad platforms is ideal.

Key responsibilities

• Independently launch ad campaigns across platforms within the required timeframes, making sure they are properly set up.
• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and suggest improvements.
• Organise and rename visual files (images, videos, GIFs) used in ad implementations according to internal guidance.
• Create Asana tickets containing all information needed to go live with a campaign.
• Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Generate ad-hoc reports on performance or creatives and run competitiveness analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning and execution.
• Monitor industry trends and advertising best practices, and keep a close understanding of the company's target audience, products and advertising goals.

Required profile

• Digital marketing background; the position is entry level and training is provided.
• Prior experience with ad platforms is ideal.
