AE - EPMO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AE – EPMO Lead to head our Digital Platforms & EPMO department. The role will guide the EPMO team, drive digital initiatives and improve project delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EPMO team, setting strategic direction and best‑practice standards.
• Develop and implement EPMO processes aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Oversee portfolio management, including prioritisation, resource allocation and risk assessment.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and ensure collaboration.
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure within timelines and budgets.
• Implement and optimise project‑management tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Conduct regular project reviews, provide feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate projects with business operations.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop EPMO team members, fostering continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project‑management experience, with a proven record of leading complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and technology trends.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
