Aesthetic Designer – Automotive & Marine

About the role

ENATA Industries is seeking an Aesthetic Designer to create innovative exterior and interior designs for automotive and marine products. The role blends creativity with engineering awareness to deliver premium, brand‑aligned solutions that meet customer expectations, regulatory standards, and production feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts from sketches to production‑ready models, aligned with market trends and brand strategy.
• Design vehicle and vessel exteriors, shaping body surfaces, proportions, lighting integration, and aerodynamic forms while respecting structural limits.
• Design premium cabin interiors, focusing on ergonomics, comfort, UI placement, and usability.
• Create high‑quality 3D models and Class‑A surfaces using industry‑standard CAD and surfacing tools.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and animation walk‑throughs for design reviews and client presentations.
• Conduct ergonomic studies and human‑factor analyses for seating, controls, and operator interaction.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, and CMF development across paint, leather, carbon‑fiber, composites, marine‑grade metals, and wood veneers.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, composite, naval, and production engineers to ensure manufacturability while preserving styling intent.
• Support prototype builds and review clay models.
