About the role
We are looking for an Affiliate Tech Support professional to join our team in Dubai. The role combines technical troubleshooting with marketing campaign execution, ensuring smooth affiliate operations and accurate tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage email campaigns for affiliate partners.
- Identify and fix HTML/CSS issues in creative templates.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using various pixels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify charges and reconcile data.
- Design and produce advertising assets using Canva.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Highly detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong data‑entry and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask under changing priorities.
- Team‑player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Experience using Canva for ad creation.
