After Sales Engineer – Ambulance & Medical Fleet Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced After Sales Engineer to join our Ambulance & Medical Fleet Solutions team in Dubai. The role blends technical expertise in ambulance fit‑outs, medical equipment integration and vehicle systems with customer‑facing service delivery and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch maintenance and repair services to government ambulance authorities, private clinics, hospitals and fleet operators.
• Provide technical after‑sales support for vehicle conversions, onboard medical equipment, electrical, gas, oxygen, HVAC and interior fittings.
• Act as the primary technical contact during warranty, service and retrofit programmes, diagnosing faults and coordinating remedial actions.
• Manage repair, maintenance and retrofit activities with workshops, approved sub‑contractors and field engineers to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Prepare and review service reports, handover documentation, service bulletins and modification records for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee spare‑parts management for critical ambulance components and medical devices, handling orders and stock availability.
• Support continuous improvement of after‑sales processes, including fault logging, root‑cause analysis and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on service contract renewals, warranties and technical clarifications during tender stages.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of after‑sales, service engineering or field support experience in the ambulance, emergency vehicle or medical equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, conversions, medical device integration and relevant ambulance standards.
• Proven ability to diagnose faults, perform root‑cause analysis and manage corrective actions across mechanical, electrical and medical systems.
