About the role

We are seeking a creative AI Content & Automation Specialist to join our fast‑growing real‑estate company in Dubai. You will work closely with senior management to turn innovative AI ideas into tangible marketing and operational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality AI‑generated images, videos and marketing copy for luxury property listings.
• Produce engaging social‑media content that showcases our portfolio.
• Write effective prompts to maximise results from AI generation tools.
• Research, test and implement the latest AI platforms and automation workflows.
• Develop AI‑driven lead‑generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Continuously evaluate new AI solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for AI and a habit of staying up‑to‑date with emerging tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional marketing approaches.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with the leadership team.

Required skills

• Prompt engineering
• Experience with AI image, video and content generation tools
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Kling AI, Runway, Veo, Heygen
• Automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n
