AI Motion & Video Designer (MENA, Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a senior AI Motion Designer to lead motion and video production for a new MENA creative studio supporting Google AI products. You will create short‑form video and social motion at scale, blending brand footage with creator content and leveraging generative AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form (5‑30 s) and in‑stream video in 9:16 and 16:9 formats, plus social motion, GIFs, and 4:5/9:16 assets for Stories and Reels.
• Adapt global and regional videos for local markets, adding Arabic supers and right‑to‑left layouts, and build master templates for rapid cut‑downs.
• Use generative AI tools (Gemini, Veo, Imagen) for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, and production acceleration.
• Maintain brand and quality standards across all AI‑assisted output and deliver final files ready for media trafficking.

Required profile

• 7+ years of motion design and video editing experience in an agency, studio, or in‑house environment.
• Strong portfolio of short‑form social and performance video.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
• Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools (optional).
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools for motion or video production.
• Knowledge of Arabic typography and right‑to‑left layout requirements.
