AI Trainer Tutor (Remote, UAE)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from the UAE, interacting with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English to assess their progress, refine their logic, and improve overall model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and present diverse, complex conversational scenarios for AI chatbots.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
- Write original dialogues to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
- Measure and report on model improvement over time.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
- Only candidates residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
