All-Round Mason

About the role

A construction project in Dubai, UAE is hiring All-Round Masons. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in masonry, plastering, brick/block work, flooring, tiling, concrete work and general civil construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform masonry and general civil construction work at project sites
• Carry out brick/block work, plastering, concrete work and repairs
• Perform flooring, tiling and basic finishing work
• Prepare and apply cement mortar, concrete and plaster
• Follow basic construction drawings, measurements and work instructions
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling and finishing of masonry work
• Carry out repair, maintenance and renovation activities
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers, maintain tools and follow site safety rules

Required profile

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an All-Round Mason
• Previous experience in construction or building projects preferred
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Masonry, plastering and brick/block work
• Basic civil works and understanding of basic measurements and work instructions
