AMC Coordinator

About the role

Emirates Properties is looking for a proactive and well-organized AMC Coordinator in Dubai. The role suits candidates with experience in facilities management, property maintenance or coordinating Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential or commercial properties. The coordinator oversees maintenance coordination, manages service schedules, liaises with vendors and tenants and ensures maintenance is completed efficiently while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate AMC services for swimming pools, water tanks, elevators, pest control and other building systems
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules so services are completed on time
• Work with service providers, maintenance teams, building supervisors and tenants on maintenance activities
• Track inspections, service reports, compliance certificates and maintenance documentation
• Monitor AMC contract expiry dates, obtain quotations and coordinate renewals
• Keep management and tenants informed about scheduled maintenance and service interruptions

Required profile

• UAE experience in AMC coordination, facilities management or property maintenance
• Knowledge of building maintenance schedules and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, vendor coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage several maintenance activities while keeping accurate records

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and maintenance tracking systems
