About the role
MAM Food Co is looking for an Ammonia Refrigeration Plant Technician to join its utilities and maintenance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the operation and upkeep of ammonia‑based refrigeration systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure continuous plant operation.
- Assist in utilities support activities related to the refrigeration system.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience.
- Hands‑on experience with ammonia refrigeration plant operations.
