Analytics & Insights Specialist

About the role

The Analytics & Insights Specialist will join Emirates' Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACoE) to help business units turn data into actionable insights. Working closely with the Analytics and Insights Manager, you will create visualisations, reports and analytical narratives that support decision‑making across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex insight use‑cases through compelling visualisations and narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs and design action‑oriented reports.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytics support, best‑practice guidance and tool expertise (Power BI, Snowflake).
• Identify performance gaps, conduct causal analysis and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Train and coach power users, and help productionise analyses within the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform.
• Ensure self‑service capabilities are enabled and maintain ongoing analytical support.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business narratives.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Good communication skills to convey insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
