About the role
Wolfie's is building a talent pool of enthusiastic, customer‑focused sales specialists. As an Apparel Sales Specialist you will represent the brand, deliver expert product knowledge and provide exceptional service to cyclists and riders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a world‑class customer experience and achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Maintain strong expertise across the full apparel and accessories range and handle technical enquiries.
- Ensure optimal visual merchandising and stock management in line with brand guidelines.
- Support team members, share knowledge and contribute to a positive store culture.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably in cycling, sports or lifestyle retail.
- Deep passion for cycling and genuine interest in the cycling community.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and accountability.
- Fluent in English; Russian and other languages are a plus.
