Apple Store Manager - Dubai

About the role

Apple Retail brings together the best of Apple to help people do what they love, and as a Manager at an Apple Store you lead, coach and develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You drive performance of key goals in your assigned areas of the store and work with colleagues to execute Apple's strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team, helping each member learn, grow and reach performance and development goals, and assist with recruiting, training, developing and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Take part in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling good practice and meeting business priorities.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership and business or People partners when appropriate.
• Plan and execute operational strategies in your assigned functional areas to meet store performance goals.
• Maintain company policies and procedures and protect company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member and financial information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and act as a role model for inclusive leadership.

Required profile

• Experience leading others in retail, sales or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends and public holidays, and reliable attendance as scheduled.
