Application Engineer - HVAC

About the role

The Application Engineer – HVAC will support the sales and project teams by performing heat‑load calculations, preparing HVAC designs, and managing equipment selection and cost estimation for projects across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform heat‑load calculations and develop HVAC design layouts.
• Select appropriate equipment, including fans, based on contractor specifications and equipment schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotation follow‑up, and order estimation sheets for approval by senior management.
• Generate technical submittals and submit them to contractors or consultants for approval.
• Create and hand over complete project files to the sales coordinator.
• Send order acknowledgements to customers and track quotation status.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in HVAC design or application engineering.
