Applied Behavioral Analyst (Sakina)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Applied Behavioral Analyst to deliver evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role involves direct client care in home, community and school settings, supporting families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one and group instruction using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Implement prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record and summarize observable behavior data.
• Develop behavior support plans and conduct functional assessments.
• Train and coach parents, caregivers and teachers on individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality, safety and a clean therapy environment.
• Assume Lead Behavioral Technician duties when required and support the treatment team.
• Participate in required trainings and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow ABA protocols and document data accurately.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with families, educators and professionals.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Willingness to attend ongoing training and contribute to team meetings.
