About the role
Careers International is looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic cook in Dubai to prepare authentic, high-quality Arabic dishes. The ideal candidate has experience in traditional Arabic cuisine and a strong understanding of flavour profiles, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes such as mandi, kabsa, hummus, grills and mezze
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with kitchen inventory
- Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow kitchen procedures
- Ensure food safety and quality control at every stage
- Support menu planning and dish innovation when required
Required profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Arabic cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and cooking methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Food safety certification is a plus
