About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic and Islamic Teacher for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School, an American‑curriculum primary school in Abu Dhabi. The role starts in the academic year 2026/27 and involves delivering high‑quality, inclusive lessons that support every child’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Arabic language and Islamic studies lessons for mixed‑gender primary classes.
• Create a positive learning environment with appropriate resources, displays and classroom organization.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and adapt instruction to meet diverse ability levels.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external specialists such as speech therapists.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support student wellbeing and academic outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in primary Arabic and Islamic education.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, student‑centred teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with the school community.
