Arabic‑Speaking Contact Centre Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Arabic‑English professional to join our retail client’s contact centre in Dubai. The agent will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing clear and accurate information.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs and meet service‑level targets.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a contact centre, chat support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Good typing speed and solid computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for logging and tracking customer interactions.
