Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to develop, coordinate, and support architectural designs that meet project requirements, client expectations, and applicable codes. The role involves creating concepts, detailed drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions based on project briefs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, and engineering disciplines to ensure integration.
• Review and update drawings for accuracy, compliance, and client feedback.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and resolve on‑site architectural issues.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools to produce and modify models.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, authority requirements, and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM software and workflows.
