About the role
A 28-year-old consulting office in Dubai is looking to hire a mid-level architect. The role covers designing a wide range of projects such as villas, schools, warehouses and buildings, and driving projects through to approval.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (equivalency accepted) and registration with the Society of Engineers (SOE).
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience; minimum 4 years in a Dubai-based engineering consulting firm.
- Ability to design creatively across a wide range of project types.
- Experience driving projects, managing clients and procuring approvals.
Required skills
- Thorough knowledge of architecture, with working knowledge of structural and civil design and MEP design for coordination.
- Knowledge of DM, DDA, TRAKHEES and all relevant authority approval and coordination processes in Dubai (mandatory).
- Experience in 3D visualization and BIM is strongly preferred.
