Architecture Engineer - Commercial Interior Projects

About the role

Careers International is looking for an Architecture Engineer with UAE experience in commercial interior and fit-out projects, based in Dubai. The role covers architectural drawings, technical coordination, site execution and making sure project requirements are met. The salary depends on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts and technical details.
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural and technical issues.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, codes and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural works from design through to project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3-5 years of UAE experience in commercial interior / fit-out projects; commercial projects experience is mandatory (offices, retail, F&B, hospitality).
• Preferred: UAE construction / interior fit-out experience and knowledge of authority requirements and approvals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and technical coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
