Architecture Executive

About the role

Ennismore is seeking an Architecture Executive to support its architecture department in Dubai. The role will act as the primary administrative and coordination hub, ensuring smooth project execution across hotel, resort and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day architectural design activities from programming through design development, working with the DTS Project Lead, owners and external consultants.
• Review and provide feedback on design submissions to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational requirements and project objectives.
• Manage mock‑up reviews, approvals and documentation control, maintaining project dashboards and opening files.
• Facilitate communication between specialist consultants (F&B, wellness, public spaces) and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings and design reviews during development and construction phases.
• Prepare presentations for program committee approvals and monthly/quarterly updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on hotel, resort, residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Understanding of design stages from concept through construction documentation.
• Experience collaborating with architectural consultants, developers or international design firms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and architectural documentation standards.
