About the role

We are seeking an Archive Officer for a leading FMCG/Food industry company in Sharjah. The role involves managing both physical and digital records, ensuring they are organized, secure, and easily retrievable.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize company archives, files, and records (physical & digital).
  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and indexing of files.
  • Control document flow – receiving, filing, and retrieving records as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely document submission and archiving.
  • Prepare periodic reports on archive/document status.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Documents Controller or Archive Officer.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
