About the role
The Area Demand and IBP Director will lead Integrated Business Planning and Demand Management across the MEAP, Turkey and CIS region. This senior position partners with affiliates, regional stakeholders and global teams to ensure forecast accuracy, demand planning excellence and cross‑functional alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional IBP and S&OP processes, delivering high‑quality demand forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate inputs from Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality teams.
- Manage New Product Introduction planning and execution with global partners.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, Class A implementation and certification readiness.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, IBP or S&OP within a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical communication skills.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred; fluent English.
