Area Manager - QSR Restaurant Operations

About the role

An established international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with an expansion strategy across the UAE is recruiting an experienced Area Manager. The role suits a commercially driven, hands-on multi-unit operator who will oversee approximately 8 to 10 restaurants and drive operational excellence, profitability, customer experience and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple restaurants.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and P&L performance.
• Manage food costs, labour costs, operational KPIs and compliance.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building strong succession pipelines.
• Improve underperforming outlets and support new restaurant openings.
• Implement local store marketing initiatives to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years' experience in QSR restaurant operations.
• Minimum 2 years' proven multi-unit management experience.
• Background with established pizza, burger, chicken or similar food-led QSR brands.
• Proven experience managing multiple high-volume restaurants, ideally 8 to 10 outlets.
• Currently based in the UAE and flexible to travel between locations.
• Candidates from international food-led QSR brands with a track record of measurable operational and commercial improvements are particularly sought after.
