About the role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Accountant who will also support computer operations and cashier duties in our Ajman office. This hybrid role combines core accounting tasks with day‑to‑day office support to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and periodic financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Monitor expenses, payments and support general office accounting operations.
Required profile
- Formal accounting qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in the UAE is an advantage.
