Assistant Accountant / Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Accountant / Finance Executive to support daily accounting and finance activities. The role involves processing invoices, payments, journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and update accounting schedules.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing by preparing journals, reconciliations and supporting reports.
• Handle expense claims, petty cash, payroll‑related finance support and tax documentation.
• Maintain accounting systems, digital records and ensure data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (preferred).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, dependable and able to work independently or within a team.
